The novel's Gothic atmospheres blend perfectly with the dark style used by the master in this marvellous comic strip version.
A print run of 199 copies numbered in Arabic numerals was printed of this volume on a cover entirely woven on a Jaquard loom from an illustration by the artist Corrado Roi.
In addition, 9 copies numbered in Roman numerals were woven reserved for the editors and contributors to this volume.
